Super clean stay with helpful staff
Woke up to a clean room and friendly, accommodating staff. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the open bar was an unexpected delight for evening meals.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the business area of Panjim and the centre of the city and the night clubs. Popped in Down The Road Pub for shots before sleep, it was at walking distance from the venue.

Staff were helpful and considerate.
I specifically chose this hotel because it had wi-fi. I had a masters essay to complete during my stay. Can you imagine my frustration to have arrived and be informed: it broke a month ago, and we still haven't fixed it. I would think a month is enough time to either a) fix it or b) remove the false advertising from your website. Your hotel is generally good but that aspect put me to an enormous amout of inconvenience.

The hotel was well-priced, was centrally located for my business meetings and offered all meals.
There was no wifi or other internet access -- a big drawback for me. In addition maintenance was generally very poor.
